This evening is reserved for Students only.  Danielle Proulx-Dubois will be organizing the sessions.  We will be having a mindfulness meditation starting at 7:15 pm to start the session.  Then it will be followed with a sharing circle & peer support discussions on whatever the needs of the group or individuals.  We will also have the opportunity to practise and learn new relaxing tools/techniques  during our sessions that can be useful in everyday life stressful situations.

There might be other Wellness practitioners/professionals invited to join the groups from time to time.
